Standard/Basic Security Role Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and coordinating operational workflow for security systems operations
• Support APAC physical security team regarding emergency situations, and submit a comprehensive security report post-event
• Support development and maintenance of assigned policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development of local security and global security policies and procedures, as required, such as business continuity, screening standards, warehouse security guidelines and IT information security (Intellectual Property)

Responsible for overseeing the technical operations of physical security system at Micron APAC premises. Day to day responsibility over security systems operations and ensuring that all security services provided by third-party contractors are well-managed as per performance benchmarks and to ensure security systems like Access Control System, Visitor Management System (VMS), Alarm Monitoring system, CCTV are operational and in good state/health. This role also requires collaboration with APAC physical security team on their country security system health and collaboration with Global Technical Manager on security projects as well as initiatives pertaining to security system in APAC.
