Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restaurant Operations Test Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between restaurant operations and technology by ensuring that our systems and software are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management and a keen interest in technology, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of restaurant management systems, including POS, inventory management, reservation systems, and other software used in restaurant operations.
   Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements.
   Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
   
2. System Analysis and Optimization:Analyze current restaurant operations and workflows to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
   Collaborate with restaurant staff to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance and usability.

Qualifications:
