• Support initiatives related to changes in the regulatory landscape, system enhancements, or updates.
• Understand the firm’s structure, client coverage/segmentation, and products/services offered to clients in international locations.
• Support residual operational onshore tasks, including regulatory reporting, exceptions handling, and investigations.
• Assist in local audit-related activities and compliance desk reviews.
• Provide support for system testing.
• Assist in local regulatory requirements/exercises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Banking and Market Operations at a large financial institution.
• International environment work experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of banking products and operational workflows.
• Experience in working with
• Familiarity with global/local regulatory requirements and market practices.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; German and/or other language skills are a plus.

In this position you will be involved in some or all of the following tasks at any given time:

1. Study related activities (Laboratory Support). Manages all laboratory related activities within a clinical study under supervision, including:

• Reviews study documents
• Provides expert advice to PSI and Sponsor study teams
• Contributes to the development of diagnostic strategies, including the development and review of assay validation plans and reports
• Documents and drives the Laboratory Strategy
• Presents laboratory strategy at kick-off meetings
• Supports the selection of central and regional laboratories for studies
• Performs qualification of off-site / on-site laboratories for a study
• Coordinates the contracting of central / regional / off-site laboratories
• Performs central / regional / off-site laboratory set up
• Contributes to Risk Management process
• Provides information to PSI Data Management (DM) to aid eCRF design
• Delivers training to the study team and/or clinical sites in laboratory related procedures
• Performs initiation and monitoring visits to laboratories as required
• Coordinates routine calls with central laboratories
• Attends study progress calls with the Sponsor
• Provides support / consultancy to Sponsor / PSI team for all laboratory related issues
• Investigates issues with laboratories / couriers / sites
• Coordinates the transfer of samples between laboratories
• Assists DM in on-going data reconciliation
• Coordinates any changes to the laboratory strategy
• Performs close out of central / regional off-site laboratories

2. Quality Control & Quality Assurance:

• Develops and/or implements operational (project specific and laboratory specific) quality control documents
• Participates in system audits and follows up on audit findings related to laboratories that provide testing for the assigned projects

3. Business Development:

• May be required to assist with consultancy in business development tasks

Sales Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

• To manage and ensure timely response to assigned sales leads
• Strong conversion in corporate sales leads
• Achieve sales goals set by management
• Conduct sales activities such as follow up call and hotel site inspection
• Responsible for new bookings and managing existing business blocks in Opera
• Effective communication with conference & event services team to ensure smooth execution of events
• To handle any other duty/projects assigned by Director of Sales and/or Senior Director of Sales

Sales Manager, Proactive

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Establish lead generation & acquire new accounts to achieve group and FIT revenue goals based on market segmentation and budget
• Achieve performance goals set based on assigned portfolio.
• Ensure total account management of sales portfolio, plan sales activities and set sales priorities to achieve the revenue goals for all segments
• Adopt Collaborative approach with reactive sales team to achieve group & event conversion goal
• Develop account qualifications criteria and use market research to identify priority markets/ accounts and to assure proactive coverage to all major market segments
• Maximizing the use of resources to penetrate new accounts to achieve new business goals
• Weekly update of sales activities and other sales reports as needed
• Develop ongoing relationships with the clients to ensure business continuity
• Involvement in sales related projects and activities as assigned
• Understanding of Job Descriptions, Goals, SOP of Sales Department
• Adhere to established personnel policies and procedures of the hotels
• Participate in development and execution of hotel marketing plan to identify sources of group business to the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales
• Participate in development of sales action plan to formulate measureable strategy and actions to achieve sales performance
• Monitor forecast & production of own group and FIT segments and identify valley periods of sales emphasis to drive revenue
• Maintain close and open communication with other departments
• Maintain timely communication with Accor Sales Offices, internal & external stake holders & ensure response in a timely & professional manner
• Coordinate communication between Sales and Other Departments to assure awareness of bookings and sales programs
• Maintain timely and responsive communication with accounts and prospects
• Joint service key accounts with Assistant Director of Sales / Senior Director of Sales and ensure continuity in our communications with accounts & to maximize account productivity
• Ensure that all safety , health, security and loss control policies and procedures and government legislation are adhered to
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
• To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel
