Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers’ business challenges and objectives through inbound calls and MQL’s (Marketing Qualified Leads), to sell our solutions digitally. Responsibilities

• Create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, transacting business directly with customers from inbound chat, hotlines and outbound calls with the help of MQLs

Job Description

• Participate in the implementation of credit risk management framework including underwriting, credit limit management and risk based pricing.
• Monitor the performance of risk indicators to finetune and enhance credit risk management policy by conducting data analysis.
