Job Descriptions

# Sales & Customer Service:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales by offering product knowledge, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

# Store Operations:

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Ensure that products are well-stocked, properly labeled, and displayed according to company standards.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.

# Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest product offerings, features, and promotions.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products, including benefits and usage.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

# Inventory Management:

• Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the stockroom to ensure timely replenishment of products on the sales floor.
• Assist in the receiving and organizing of new stock deliveries.

# Sales Reporting:

• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.
• Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Participate in setting and achieving sales targets and goals.

# Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvement initiatives.
• Provide support to colleagues during peak periods or special promotions.

• Marketing Background; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Live sales experience on Tik Tok/Instagram
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills

• Available to work on weekends
