Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or media related studies
• Demonstrated interest in social media marketing, user growth, and data analysis on an international scale, supported by coursework, internships, or relevant projects.
• Experience in short video editing and creation, with a portfolio or examples of work being a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves frequent communication with colleagues based in China who can only speak in their native language.

We are a foreign domestic worker agency and since 1997, we have assisted many employers in matching them with the most suitable domestic helper. Our goals are to match our employers with the right domestic helper and maintaining a harmonious working relationship with the domestic helper throughout.

Responsibilities of the role

Attend to clients' inquiries including walk-in, phone calls, messages, and email inquiries

Arrange interviews with prospective employers

Follow-up services to both employers and foreign domestic helpers

Routine administrative & document work

Any other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

No experience candidates are welcome to apply

Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certificate will be added as advantage
