*Job Description:*

• Welcome and serve high-value clients at Coffee and Smoothie Bar
• Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees, smoothies, teas, shakes, protein bars, and bottled drinks.
• Ensure excellent client experiences by greeting them warmly, following recipes precisely, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Manage daily stock levels, uphold sanitation standards, and assist with client check-ins and payments.

*Job Requirement:*

• Good 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist in the same / relevant industry.
• Ideally to have prior experience working in coffee outlets or as a barista.

• Sell products and offer customer service
• Generate new business from walk-ins/phone inquiries
• Meet and maintain service standards
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Perform invoicing, packing, replenishment
• Receive and take stock
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the Boutique

Requirements:

• Prior customer service/retail experience.
• Able to commit long term.
• Commissions provided.
