DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cohesive digital marketing strategies in a
• broad range of digital marketing channels
• Manage and maintain the company’s owned media, including websites and social media pages
• Coordinate with a team of SEM/SEO specialists, creatives, and web developers
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits of websites owned by the company for both mobile and desktop versions
• Manage and execute social media campaigns, specifically on Facebook and Linkedin
• Handle web development projects from conception to implementation, coordinating with stakeholders and web developers and making sure every website follows standard SEO practices
• Manage and setup search and display campaigns on Google Ads
• Write niche-related articles and press releases optimised for the web
• Implement email marketing campaigns for retail and B2B businesses for multiple regions in the APAC region
• Create monthly reports of website performances to be delivered and discussed to stakeholders
• Be up-to-date with the latest in digital marketing, technology, and innovation, and share insights with the rest of the team

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in any digital marketing role, particularly SEM, social media, and SEO
• Familiar and knowledgeable with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) and SEO-related tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, etc.)
• Must have an eye for design, particularly for websites, social media graphics, etc.
• Experience in managing websites and familiar with different Content Management Systems like Shopify, Wordpress, etc.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and proactively
• A team player with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Search and Display Ads, etc.
• Familiarity with any CRM or email marketing software is a plus (Sendgrid, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.)

We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running of our store. The assistant sales manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. You should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the sales manager.

To be successful as an assistant sales manager, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales staff comply with company policies and guidelines. Ultimately, a top-performing assistant sales manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.

Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.

Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

Assistant Sales Manager Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
