Job Breif

Ai Decor Pte. Ltd looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety ofdesigning projects including commercial and private properties. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

Responsibilities

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Draft quotation and meet clients to confirm the desgin.
• Set costs and project fees according to budget to excuate the project.
• Supervise work progress and co-ordinate with sub-contractors to ensure project complete on time with customer satisfy quanlity.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills

Job Description :-

• Answer enquiries to customers who call or text.
• Prepare and generate quotation, delivery order and invoice.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in preparing and updating monthly sales data.
• Maintain good and traceable documentations.
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Requirement :-

• Minimum one year of sales support or admin experience.
• Skilled in basic office skills (excel,word).
• Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure.
• Required to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
• 5.5 work week
