5. Stage Management

ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

• The Personnel shall support the Authority in procurement processes for ICT/AV solutions and services, such as the following: (a) Requirement Gathering: The Personnel shall assist the ICT department in gathering specific user requirements for AV equipment. ICT & AV Resource Management

• The Personnel shall assist in managing the Authority’s ICT/AV resources.
• The Personnel shall conduct annual maintenance troubleshooting and basic repairs of ICT/AV hardware.

Media Post-Production

• Video Editing : (a) The Personnel shall compile raw footage, arrange clips and create cohesive narratives. (b) The Personnel shall add titles, subtitles and on-screen graphics and animations to enhance video content.

Other Tasks

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
