• Recruit new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Promote our No-Code Application Development Platform and ISV Solution.
• Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the product team.
• Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
• Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
• Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
• Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

• Handle assigned customer portfolios effectively.
• Secure a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing a good rapport and trust with the customer.
• Explore new business opportunities as per sales plan.
• Accountable in a regional role as a focal point for assigned account.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of sales & marketing experience in semiconductor equipment.
• Good knowledge in Machine Vision Process
• Comfortable to travel extensively.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

• Handle existing clients and expand business with new client base.
• Increase revenue in existing segments and explore new revenue streams in individual and corporate leasing.
• Conduct full spectrum of Sales & Marketing activities including Online marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with Operations in relation to vehicle quality and customer feedback.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection.
• Assist and provide relevant advice to management in relation to current market conditions & opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and periodic reports to management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year B2B sales experience with proven sales track record, sales experience in automotive or related industry will be an added advantage
