This senior scientific role will be part of a Global MSAT Biologics team and will be responsible for providing technical leadership and know-how directly with cross functional teams across the Lonza Biologics operations network on a day to day basis, supporting Global project implementation to the sites and ensuring all project time lines and objectives are consistently monitored and delivered. • Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
