Job Opportunity: Tender Lead Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Novation Agreements, and manage contracts/POs in SAP.
• Identify and notify clients of tender/quotation opportunities.
• Support clients in document submissions, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Verify awarded contracts and POs in SAP, resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage extension requests for tenders/quotations.
• Conduct ingredient checks and coordinate with the regulatory team when required.
• Ensure submission copies match client data; clarify discrepancies as needed.
• Encrypt and send Letters of Agreement (LOAs) and contracts to clients.
• Address GPO post-tender queries and resolve invoice issues.
• Record quantities in SAP accurately and confirm invoice settlements with clients.
• Handle permit applications and manage product recalls.
• Deliver exceptional customer care, addressing product and customer complaints.
• Monitor service level reports, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
• Support internal and external audits and provide team training as required.

• Handling post-trade life cycle controls for equities trading in global markets
• Managing trade allocation, booking, settlement, funding, reconciliation and client management
