Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations support within the ICT industry.
Possessing technical hands-on experiences in troubleshooting of well-known hardware and software, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices, Servers, PCs, Mobile devices, Office applications, and PDF tools.
Intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking technologies, is a plus: ITILv4, AWS, Azure, Cisco, HP, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SolarWinds
Experience with incident management.
Familiar with system administration tasks and competent in operating systems.
Excellent communication skills.

Sales Executive Responsibilities
Manage key accounts and identify project opportunities with existing customers.
