Who are we looking for?

The Chief of Staff works as part of the CARES leadership team (with the CARES Director) to ensure the smooth running of the University of Cambridge's research centre in Singapore. The post holder has operational responsibility for all day-to- day non-academic activities of the centre, including research grant pre- and post award activities, people management, financial management, and establishing and maintaining partnerships with funders and collaborating institutions. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing or future software products offered by Vela Diagnostic.

Job Requirements & Attributes

1. Diploma/Bachelor in IT related tertiary qualification and at least 2 years of experience in Industry setting

2. Minimum of 4 years of software development experience in web and cloud application.

3. Extensive programming experience in Python, Django, and C# or NodeJS

4. Proficient in cloud computing, preferably experiences in AWS

5. Solid experience in the Linux full stack development, databases
