Administration Executive
You shall play an integral role in supporting the Finance and Administrative functions of SingAREN. You will be involved in Finance, Membership & Contracts, HR, and other administrative activities of SingAREN.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
Ā· Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (billing to customers, follow up on customersā payments, process payments to vendors)
Ā· Perform bank reconciliation
Ā· Maintain accurate records for billing and payments
Ā· Process staffās reimbursement claims
Ā· Support preparation of management accounts, audits and regulatory reporting
Ā· Monitor and renew status of financial assets
Administration
Ā· Key liaison person for the full spectrum of activities relating to Membership and Service subscriptions, including new sign-ups and contract management.
Ā· Minutes taking, scheduling and logistical support for meetings, including company meetings and visits by external parties.
Ā· Plan, facilitate and coordinate company events and employee welfare
Ā· Provide administrative support for SingARENās procurement activities
Ā· Support Human Resource activities as assigned
Ā· Oversee office operations such as replenishment of office supplies and pantry items
Ā· Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements
Ā· Diploma in Business Administration, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Ā· Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
Ā· Competent in working with financial data
Ā· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ā· Excellent writing skills
Ā· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ā· Self-motivated, mature, resourceful and adaptable
Ā· Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ā· Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
This is a contract position on a renewable basis.
