Purpose of Job

This position is responsible to monitor ongoing construction projects and ensure that there are completed within project budget and schedule.

Central to it is to formulate relevant cost estimates during the project design phase and following monitor and manage project costs throughout the construction phase. Expected to support in resolving any disputes a between different parties involved in the construction project.

Key Accountabilities:

Tender: Manage the tender process from preparations to evaluation / recommendations. Understand the planning objectives to translate conceptual drawings to required quantities.
