The Haematological Malignancy Genomics Laboratory, led by Professor Chng Wee Joo, focuses on using advanced genomics and proteomics methods to study the clinical and biological complexities of haematological malignancies such as multiple myeloma (MM), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and NK/T-cell lymphoma (NKTL). We are seeking a Research Assistant to support ongoing research in murine models. This role involves assisting in studies on mouse models to validate discoveries in haematological malignancies, with a focus on preclinical validation of novel therapeutic targets, therapeutic resistance mechanisms, and biomarker identification. This is a hands-on laboratory position requiring proficiency in animal handling, genotyping, and familiarity with experimental protocols involving mouse models.

Job Description

• Animal Model Handling:
  Conduct routine handling and care of laboratory mice, ensuring adherence to ethical and welfare standards.
  Support experimental setups in mouse models to study disease pathogenesis, progression, and therapeutic responses in haematologic malignancies.
  Perform injections, tissue sampling, and necropsies as required for experiments.
• Data Collection and Analysis:
