Job Purpose

• Overall in charge of the construction of projects and make sure projects are completed within quality, safety, costs and time.
• Lead or assist in providing technical support and planning during the pre-construction stage.
• Lead Deputy Project Managers and Engineers to come out of the costs and planning structure for prospective deal engagements.
• Lead (or assist) in the execution of approved projects’ quotation and/or tendering process.
• Work with asset owners, clients, consultancies, contractors, vendors to make sure project delivery.
• Site project management and track project schedule based on the approved schedule.
• Cost reports including forecasted cash flow of project expenditures, monitoring spending of cost against approved budget, forecast project expenditures, etc.
• Tracking and evaluation of Contractor Claims, Variations, Delay, EoT and Delay Damages
• Work closely with Safety Managers to ensure construction safety compliance.

skills & experience required

• Degree in Project Management / Mechanical / Electrical / Construction Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Project Management of mission critical facilities
• Experience in managing building services Data Centre Greenfield Construction will be ideal
• Uptime/TIA/Chartered Engineer certified will be a plus

• Review data and insights on media and ICT manpower trends and challenges to help shape policies and programmes to support the needs of the sector

• Well-versed in management of stakeholders at all levels, both externally and internally.
