Job Description:

The product manager is responsible for product design, implementation, product launch and post-launch product review and maintenance.

• The product design stage will include competitive analysis against similar bancassurance products in the market, as well as working with other LBUs in the region for product ideas. What do we need in a Marketing Manager?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with our global marketing lead in the US, partner managers here in Singapore, as well as our technology partner and WPP agency marketing teams to drive leads and help our team achieve our sales targets.

Responsibilities

● Work with the partner sales team and partner marketers to plan and execute digital and in-person events

● Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

● Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements

● Degree in marketing or a related field

● 5 years of relevant experience

● Proven working experience in digital marketing

● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

The Liquidity Management Product Manager will have the accountability of supervising and directing the development, implementation, and improvement of regional liquidity management products and services.

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for liquidity management solutions in line with the overall transaction banking goals.

Requirement:

• A graduate from a reputable university with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the transaction banking or cash management sector.
• Possesses a solid understanding of liquidity management products, encompassing cash pooling, cash concentration, notional pooling, and interest optimization.
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in liquidity management.

• Knowledge of chemical controlled processes, risk hazard studies for chemical/medical device manufacturing company

• Knowledge of legal safety regulations for installation of heavy capital equipments and activity permits for medical device manufacturing company

• Knowledge in design, basic and detailed engineering and project management

• Proficient in Solidwork design
