Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently handling all requests for tanks that are leased to customers
• Supporting the Operations department with creating PO’s and SO’s, processing reports, performing stock checks and filing
• Supporting/arranging schedules with surveyors, depots and transport companies
• Assist with monthly invoicing
• Build and maintain a working relationship with the service providers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Has a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably at a tank container depot
• Proficient in MS Office and has experience with ERP systems

Job Description

This role is responsible for kitchen operations, including data management (e.g., BOM in SAP), dish rollout, food exploration, and supporting kitchen activities.

• Assist kitchen to streamline work such as:

- New dish BOM input in SAP

- Existing dish BOM update in SAP

- Data consolidation and analysis as needed in QLIK and Excel

- PowerPoint creation

• Actively engage in Kitchen Operations of all brands
• Assist in Kitchen Operations during peak festive season (e.g., Chinese New Year)
• Attend food explorations, have discussions about dishes tasted, create summary of tasting
• Facilitate roll out of dishes across departments
• Keep abreast about local food trends and be aware of ingredients in the market
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• EXCEL basic competency (calculations using formulas, charts/graphs, data organisation
• Able to visualise abstract concepts
• Kitchen experience is an added advantage

• Position Title: Indoor Operations Worker
• Working Location: Whampoa
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in growing local produce, with a focus on mushrooms.
• Support the farming of crops, mainly focusing on indoor growing.
• Carry out any other farm-related tasks as needed.
