You will work closely with Crew Operations, Network Planning, IOCC, Cabin Services team, IT, HR, Flight Ops, Ground Operations to meet operational performance standard, crewing of all flights and non-flight duties, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Crew Planning Management

• Ensure that the crewing requirements for each aircraft type is met
• Ensure ANR Compliance in rostering
• Support inaugural flight crewing arrangements, liaising with appointed GHA where required
• Manage leave liability and administrate annual leave exercise.

1. Operational Oversight:
