About The Role

We are seeking experienced people to join our team as Sales/Relationship Manager, PCM based in Singapore. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading and executing strategies for expanding our client base, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships across a range of clients, especially family offices, but more broadly also institutional investors, and financial advisory firms. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to sales, account management, and relationship-building, leveraging industry insights to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

• Research and develop strategies to expand our client base by targeting high-potential sectors such as family offices.
• Support the origination and structuring of new deals by applying investor insights and market research, collaborating with the syndication team to adopt a consultative approach in aligning with client needs.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, cultivating strong and lasting relationships to ensure sustained business development and satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, effectively communicating their value to clients, and fostering strategic partnerships beyond immediate business transactions.
• Establish and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, while consistently identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and enhance existing relationships.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and value-driven recommendations to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams across functions to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and deliverables, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

About You

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or relationship management, with a strong client-focused approach.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management roles. Background in financial services, business development, or professional services is a plus.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on long-term relationship building.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver results.
• Experience in conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support business growth.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish strong rapport and close communications with Partners through an integrated Account Management approach
• Work with Partners to drive plans that support their aspirations and development and facilitate collaborations with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
• Support Partners on operations-related matters, including implementation of services / initiatives, compliance with licensing and service requirements, and feedback management

2. Programme Management

• Support capacity development of Home Care and Centre-based services
• Support management of programme deliverables, track progress and ensure compliance to development of programmes and implementation timelines
• Assist with driving improvement in operational processes as well as delivery of care services

3. Sector Operations Administration

• Review data from progress reports and develop insights on trends in utilisation of programmes / services
• Assist Partners to source for funding and resources from relevant teams and agencies (including working with them to craft proposals, if necessary) to support growth plans
• Assist in other responsibilities arising from new developments in programmes / services

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Candidates with experience in project management and stakeholder engagement are preferred
• Competency in basic statistics and MS Office applications
• Possess strong interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Knowledge in geriatrics and community services
• Ability to work independently to help drive projects, with demonstrated adaptability and learning agility in a dynamic environment
• Strong organisational skills in communication, time management, analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving are necessary
• Ability to use local language and dialects would be an advantage
