• Assist Project Manager on the preparation of planning, programming and monitoring process of M&E works and provide specific detail plan/program as per Project Manager’s instruction.
• Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress;
• Monitor job progress and ensure that M&E contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions
• Ensure mechanical and electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes and in conformance with the Company’s established policies and objectives;

• Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record.
• Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices.
• To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by PE Board
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry and managed complex construction projects such as factory / warehouse / industrial etc

The Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) is embarking on a review of its HR and Payroll system and operations, to develop stronger internal capabilities with the aim of transiting to a new HR set-up by 2025. The candidate is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to see through the HR transition.

Requirements

· Tertiary qualification preferably with professional certification in Human Resource

· At least 5 years of HR experience. Those who have experience implementing HRIS / Payroll system, prior experience in HR Management and Development, HR Business Partnering and / or hands-on experience with HRIS, would be considered favourably

· Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organisational change initiatives

· Good ability to engage employees on their sentiments, issues and grievances

· Understanding of relevant legal aspects for employee relations aligned to local regulations

· Good knowledge of labour legislation, latest HR trends and best practices

· Assist the Management to define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant Stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Attend project meetings and work with main contractor, consultants, asset team to determine and overcome client requirements, regulatory matters, marketing & leasing requirements, property management matters etc

· Oversee all technical changes, deviations and modifications to the designs and specifications

· Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope of designs and specifications and within budget set by Management

· Maintain and track key milestones of assigned projects

· Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Management, Stakeholders, JV Partners, main contractor team and any other relevant project consultants

· Assist property team to handle unsatisfactory incidents and complaints from tenant during the Defects Liability Period (DLP), where applicable
