The incumbent will be working as an Ocean Operations Executive. S/he must provide a proactive and comprehensive service to Internal and External customers in all aspects of Ocean Import/Export freight forwarding services offered by the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the documentation for the company’s Import/Export activities
• Responsible for the permit declaration and clearance delivery required
• Responsible for Import/Export documentation formalities with carriers & Co-loaders
• Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer’s inquiries are answered.
