What a Manager, Creative & Design at Visa does:

• Inspire and work with the Visa Design Studio team to develop innovative creative solutions, from broad concept development through to production and implementation providing clear and constructive direction throughout the process.

Why this is important to Visa

You will report to the Creative team lead for Visa Design Studio. The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in it’s early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation. 

What you will need:

You will need to have a strong passion for creativity and strategic design, as well as a high level of comprehension in brand interpretation. Be solutions-oriented, and able to work independently as well as be a team player. As this is a client-facing role, you will need to have strong influencing and project management skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have a systematic approach and be able to navigate around ambiguity.

• Review of draft / executed financing documents such as letters of offer / facility agreements & security / mortgage documents, validate draft financing and security documents against approvals, post acceptance documentation checks, preparation of instructions to lawyers / valuers / insurers and etc.
• Perform the daily BAU operations by supporting Business Unit’s post approval documentation processes till redemption / full repayment.
• Perform roles as the facility agent, security agent and/or account bank in syndicated financing. Activities including but not limited to active participation in negotiation of the legal documents, conditions precedent collation, conditions subsequent and covenant tracking, management of facility life cycle and information dissemination.
• Liaise with Business Units and external parties such lawyers / valuers / insurers.
