Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO of Singapore, the individual serves as the main point of contact for insurers and sales consultants, managing insurance applications from start to finish.

• Prepare highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for sales meetings.
• Provide new business and after-sales support for sales consultants.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain proper CRM documentation.
• Coordinate pre-submission tasks, including medical bookings, KYC documentation, and insurer forms.
• Manage new business submissions and collaborate with sales consultants to ensure policy inception.
• Handle monthly bank reporting and address inquiries from stakeholders promptly.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of case management experience with HNW clients, ideally in insurance broking or the insurance industry.
• Skilled in using various software to generate insurer illustrations.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting requirements to ensure efficient case submissions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
