Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Customer Service and Operations Teams to support daily RMA/RTV and Fulfillment process
• Handle daily routine operation and resolve operation issues

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investment operations; cash/liquidity management, collateral margining, asset services, portfolio transition coordination and client servicing activities. During normal school term: 10am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)

During school holiday: 9 hours shift between 7.30am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)
