We are looking for a ProServe Strategy & Operations Leader for APJ Geo leading our Business Operations (BOA) team to help drive long-term growth of the business.

Considered to be the COO to the VP of APJ and a member of the ProServe APJ leadership team, this role will develop, implement, and manage the business processes, systems, reports, and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives while staying aligned with the Global BOA team. You will work with cross-functional teams to own and drive the management of business cadences. You will absorb and lead change through your direct team, as well as by earning trust and influencing others across the ProServe business.

The successful candidate must be able to roll up their sleeves and Dive Deep alongside their team. You will be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You will have superb communication and customer-relationship skills, outstanding analytics insight, and be a passionate advocate for customers to other internal stakeholders. Key job responsibilities

• Build and lead a multi-functional, team spread across APJ.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience working in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations within a Professional Services organization with {$100M+) in annual revenue
