What a Copywriter and Project Manager does at Visa:

• Support the Visa Design Studio team by developing and writing clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various mediums (web, print, social media, etc.).

• Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.

• Collaborate with the regional and local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop visually compelling designs that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Visa and client’s brand voice.

You will report to the Creative team lead for Visa Design Studio. The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in its early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation to scale up and elevate creative outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze security events to identify potential threats and intrusions. Events include but not limited to Intrusion Detection/Prevention tools, anomaly detection systems, Firewalls, Antivirus and EDR systems, proxy devices, cloud security solution and data leakage prevention system.
• Act as a Level 2 escalation point for incident triage, investigation, and response.
• Perform a holistic use cases review and tuning to enhance monitoring value and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain advanced security monitoring content such as detection rules, correlation use cases, and security alerts.
• Implement and optimize security automation to improve process efficiency and response times.
• Lead incident response activities including root cause analysis, containment and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with security infrastructure teams to ensure effective integration of security technologies with operational processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SOC procedures.
• Participate in/support cyber drill, regulatory, audit requests.
• Provide mentorship for junior analysts within the SOC team.

Qualifications and desired qualities:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in Cybersecurity is a plus.
• Certifications: GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, CISM, GSEC or similar certification preferable.

Work Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity operations.
• Security Operations Center experience required.
• Understand the life cycle of network threats, web attacks, attack vectors, methods of exploitation and aware of the evolving of cyber threat landscape.
• Ability to conduct analysis utilizing various logs to identify unusual behavior that may indicate malicious activity.
• Good understanding of computer networks, email flow, and operating system logs.
• Experience with automation and scripting. Preferably in Powershell/Python.
• Experience in XSOAR platforms.

• Contribute to projects / initiatives, starting from Requirements Gathering, Design, Solutioning, Functional Specs review to User Acceptance Testing and Live Verification. 
• Must have good working hands-on experience in data querying (SQL and such) and handling of data schemas and data wrangling. 
• Works in close collaboration with various Workstreams, UX Designer and Tech counterparts to elicit business requirements, supports the design and conceptualization of new requirements and visualisation, analyse all possible scenarios, and articulates impacts and risks, as identified, ensure consistent use and implementation of processes.

The Day-to-Day Activities
1. Generate data-driven hypotheses to solve key Product/Business problems
2. Use data to identify trends, spot anomalies and deepdive into their root causes
3. Partner closely with the broader product and engineering team to design and analyze experiments that drive key product decisions, deepdive into existing data to recommend new product ideas to solve for the most impactful customer problems
4. Design and own frontend and backend data specs for new products, while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection, consolidate data from multiple sources to create integrated and scalable views that can be used to drive decision making
5. Provide catered analysis for specific products and operations, define critical business metrics and track them rigorously, and provide regular recommendations to achieve continuous improvements

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. 1-2 year of experience in data analytics related roles analyzing large data sets and informing company strategy
2. Strong statistical knowledge, meticulous attitude towards data, and proficient in running experiments
3. Strong data visualization skills. Experience in creating dashboard reporting in Tableau, PowerBI or a similar visualization tool
4. Strong SQL skills and experience in scripting languages such as Python or R

• Responsible to perform independent Client Onboarding KYC due diligence functions of new and existing clients across a variety of teams including private bankers, operations and compliance.
