The Senior Technical Support Consultant (Level 3) handles escalated support requests from Technical Support Consultant (Level 2) where they can’t handle as well as any projects that require on-site implementation. When help is needed the Senior Technical Support Consultant (Level 3) can turn to the Team Leads and Technical Manager for guidance and support.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Level 3 support and escalations for network and System issues;
• Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
• Monitor network to ensure optimum performance, reliability and availability;
• Work closely with internal and external teams for problem resolution;
• Perform maintenance and upgrades of systems and networks;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 4 to 6 years of work experience
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information System of the equivalent) or higer
• CCNA certification would be an advantage
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in network device configuration and troubleshooting, as well as system and OS support.
• Proven work experience as a Network Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role

Summary:

In this position at IME, you will be part of Advanced Process Module (APM) team developing and maintaining LPCVD poly-Si, TEOS oxide and low stress SiN processes for SiC power and Si/Ge-based photonics devices. Besides, you will also look after oxidation and dopant activation / damage anneal process. In this role, you will work closely with SiC and Photonics process integration & device design teams as well as key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Process qualification and acceptance of LPCVD, Oxidation and Activator furnaces.
• Process development and process maintenance of LPCVD poly-Si, TEOS oxide, Low-stress SiN, ultra-high temperature oxidation, pre/post oxidation annealing, dopant activation and damage annealing for SiC power and Si/Ge-based photonics devices.
• Performing in-line and offline metrology for respective processes.
• Responsible for process quality and process deviation/ issue troubleshooting.
• To provide technical support for technology transfer and process release requirements.
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Out of Control Plan (OCAP) and other technical documentation for fab line to follow.
• Design of experiments and execution for process development and troubleshooting.
• Coordination with equipment team for maintenance of the tool.
• Preparation of technical presentations, publications, and technology disclosures.
• Working with IME's power electronics-related team to solve key technical challenges in the SiC power electronics industry.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Materials Science / EE / Physics or equivalent degree with at least 8-10 years hands-on experience in the field.
• Strong communication, industry awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated to succeed, a self-starter who is driven and able to work with others effectively to "get things done".
• Knowledge of RTP process with some experience will be a plus.

The position actively participates in the planning, development and management of the Library’s information systems and applications, to support students and faculty in their research, teaching and learning activities. Job Description

• Lead, plan and develop library IT strategies and initiatives to provide reliable and efficient information access and the best possible user experience.
• Manage, support and enhance the Library’s discovery service Primo VE, library services platform Alma, and content and access management services, and their integration/ interoperability and data interchange with campus and vendor systems, to improve processes and interfaces.
• Identify and evaluate emerging trends, developments, practices and technologies in information technology and academic libraries, digital libraries, resource discovery, library assessment and data management, and make recommendations for adoption, as appropriate, for a digital-first library.
