Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated QMS/ QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and drive these critical aspects, focusing on sustainability practices within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage documentation for quality processes, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions to management
• Conduct training sessions for employees on QMS procedures, environmental practices, and safety protocol.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems within a related industry context.
• Strong expertise in collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive quality, sustainability, and safety initiatives.
• Familiarity with Singaporean regulatory requirements pertinent to quality, environment, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Certified Lead Auditor qualifications for ISO standards are preferred.
