The Senior Executive, Human Resource plays a generalist role with primary responsibility in the full spectrum of HR functions. Job Description

• To assist the Architectural Associate/ Architect in his/her duties
• Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures;
• Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
• Assisting in the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information;
• Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings;
• Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval;
• Attending site visits and recording minutes/discussions
• Assisting project architect in coordinating site issues
• Producing and analysing detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction;

Job Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or degree in Architecture
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Vray renderer, 3D max, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-up
• Must have knowledge with 3D Autocad, Revit & BIM
• Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail
• A proactive and conscientious team player
• Advantageous to have design experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential projects

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments, identify potential and actual problems, develop care plans, implement appropriate care and evaluate care rendered
• Provide nursing care according to professional standards of practice and policies
• Guide and direct junior nursing colleagues in the daily care of the patients
• Participate in doctors rounds to provide key information on patient condition and to manage changes in patient treatments and medication prescriptions
• Engage patients and their family caregivers in planning for discharge and care at home
• Contribute to weekly multidisciplinary Patient Care Conferences
• Document accurate and clear account of patient's condition and events
• Perform infection control practices according to updated standards and policies
• Participate and contribute to quality improvement initiatives for safe care
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Nursing
• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Willing to work 12 hours shift

Who We Need

The responsibilities are as stated below:

• Review each patient’s medication chart or prescription for the appropriateness of the drugs prescribed and to contact the prescribing doctor when an intervention is needed. The review ensures that all orders are clear and specific doses are prescribed within therapeutic limits. Any potential adverse reactions and interactions are identified.
• Fulfill all drug orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Checks/ verifies prescriptions and dispenses prescribed drugs with counselling.
• Performs/ oversees in-patient and out-patient discharges.
• Provides drug information services to medical staff.
• Prepares extemporaneous products as and when prescribed
• Maintains proper inventory records on all drugs. Conducts stock check to ensure that the stock in all Wards is adequate and replenishes stock, when necessary.
• Supervises the work of Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Liaises, as and when necessary, with external doctors and Hospital based Resident Medical Officers.
• Performs any other duties as and when requested by the Senior Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure that all sales and supply of medicinal products comply with legal requirements: Records pertaining to all phases of drug receipt, supply, storage, and distribution are maintained as required by the hospital and/or legal authorities.

How to Succeed

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited University recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience as a hospital pharmacist.
• Entry level candidates who have completed their pre-registration pharmacist training are welcome to apply.

• Obtaining feedback on work in progress and finished results from clients;
• Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed timescale;
• Solving problems that might occur during building/construction stage;

• Minimum 10 years experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia
• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

• To assist in the daily function of an Architect in design; design development and administration of the Architectural projects.
• Assist the Architect in Concept and Schematic design stage including research; conceptualizing; presentation and design development of architectural projects.
