Job Description ;

- Plan and implement sales and activities in order to meet the outlet's KPI for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute to the executive management of the company.

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support contractors, allocating responsibilities
• Monitor the work of laborers, mechanics and other staff and guide them if needed
• Review Electrical and ELV design drawings adhere to the design criteria and guidelines by reviewing and aligning them
• Define needed resources, such as manpower, equipment and materials, from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Set terms with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Get permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Develop plans for all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
