As a result of our continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for the Asia region to join our team based in our new offices in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional VP, you will be responsible for all new client acquisition sales in a designated geographical, market segment, or named target account territory. This is a fantastic opportunity to flex your sales skills to sell a truly unique and purposeful solution to retail brands, Apparel and Textile manufacturers, articulating our solution to senior stakeholders to show how we can maintain their brand integrity, bulletproof their supply chain, and ensure they meet their ESG goals.  

What you'll be doing:

•  Identifying new opportunities and selling Oritain’s products & services to prospective clients through territory mapping and account planning.
• Proactively engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their personas, roles, business problems, and challenges and present our value proposition to win and close new business. Typical personas that we work with are the Chief Sustainability officer and chief/heads of Supply Chain, Quality and Sustainability teams.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed your quarterly and annual quota for net new business for Oritain.
• Attend conferences, join associations as required, and network with peers and connections to generate valuable business connections.
• Ensuring the timely management of the prospective client’s experience during the sales process to move the sales opportunity through the sales funnel.
• Maintain meticulous records and sales forecasting in our CRM, updating all relevant sales opportunities to Oritain management.
• Meeting your targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for activity levels, prospecting, and pipeline development to achieve/exceed your sales quotas.

• At least 7+ years of Enterprise sales experience selling complex solutions (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS to multiple stakeholders across large Enterprise accounts - ideally Fashion Retailers/Manufacturers
• It would be highly advantageous to have some understanding of supply chain processes, ESG/Sustainability initiatives, and challenges.
• Experienced in leveraging of sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, Value/Challenger selling, or similar.
• A track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas of $1m+ and winning business in net new accounts -
• Data-driven - able to understand and articulate how analysis and information can support client decision-making.
• This role is customer-facing, so you will be required to travel to our customers, and potentially internationally, for events/company meetings. (approximately 40%)
• Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of MS Office solutions and SalesForce CRM.

The candidate must have 10+ years working experience in the following areas: -

• Relevant experience in a Financial Institution for IFRS9 Calculation and Reporting, Stress testing and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) simulations.
• Good understanding of core banking and treasury products and data requirement for management accounting or regulatory reporting
• Good understanding in SDLC phases
• Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills
• Capability of self-learning and a quick learner
• Be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced of a growing organization / environment
• Experience with project management best practices/ methodologies/ project lifecycle

• Prepare SIT test schedule and develop test cases and conduct SIT testing
• Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with development team to prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing
• To ensure the design & build is in line with the standard and all deviations are clearly articulated and agreed. The scope should be from sourcing from upstream till the final report generation
• Review the code to ensure it does not break / Lead to performance issue
• Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT results, etc.)

Our client, a company working in the cyber security industry, is looking for a Business Development/Channel Sales Manager to join their team in the Singapore office. As a BD/Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Business development, prospecting new sales in IAM solutions including 2FA Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On solutions and Mobile Application Shielding solutions, focusing in new market development i.e. FSI, Government and large enterprises both in Singapore and new focus country (etc. Indonesia).
• Develop, execute an effective customer / channel strategy through direct engagement and relationship to generate new account sales across territory. Adaptable to different selling scenarios to gain market share
• Take the lead with channel partners, system integrators in meeting end customers decision makers in qualifying opportunities i.e. get buy-in for propose solutions, coordinate sales proposal submission and managing end to end sales cycle until sales closure.
• Driving and managing sales leads generation activities to develop robust and sustainable sales pipelines meeting personal and team quotas assigned. Ability to work individually and as a team

• At least 5 years’ IT software and/or services sales experience with a proven track record in direct enterprise sales/ channels (Enterprise security solutions preferred)
• Previous experience in enterprise security software solutions sales with specialization in IAM, 2FA Strong Authentication (etc. OKTA, One Soan, One Login) and Single Sign-On Solutions or others (eg. OKTA; Forgerock, IBM TAM), Mobile application security and cryptographic solutions will be a plus.
• Good track record in direct engagement with and managing end customers (good industry contacts) and channel partners in end to end solution selling and consulting services is preferred.
• Strong problem resolution with good relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills.

• Regional selling experience, prior experience in selling similar vendor solutions will be an added advantage
