To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Strong expertise in front-end development with a focus on accessibility, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA
• In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
• Proven experience in rapid prototyping and delivering high-fidelity prototypes that can be quickly tested and iterated
• Experience conducting accessibility audits and testing
• Familiar with design principles with the ability to think like a designer when needed, while also being deeply aware of the limitations and opportunities within frontend development
• Familiar with the latest frontend frameworks, systems, and best practices, with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both design and development teams
• A user-centric mindset, with a passion for creating products that delight and engage users
• Experience participating in design activities and workshops, contributing to the overall UX vision and strategy
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and propose creative solutions
