Created by a team of senior / staff engineers from big tech, our mission is to help front end engineers worldwide to improve their front end skills, get in touch with the latest innovations in the front end ecosystem and socialize with like-minded others.

Our first product of many – the GreatFrontEnd Interview platform – is already the leading platform engineers use globally to prepare for their front end interviews and clinch their dream jobs. What you’ll do

This is a paid, fully remote, full-time role open to local and international applicants.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at GreatFrontEnd, you understand our users, our community, the problems they face, and how GreatFrontEnd can solve those for them. You will be responsible for spearheading marketing content creation and representing GreatFrontEnd as an evangelist in our communities. You will collaborate regularly with our senior software engineers to communicate modern front end techniques and concepts to our users.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business and growth objectives
• Create marketing content as required to grow the platform, be it demos, short-form or long-form videos, blog articles,newsletters, ad creatives and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior software engineers as needed to transform technical content about modern front end techniques and concepts into a digestible format for our users
• Engage with GreatFrontEnd’s community and users with news, announcements, and tips
• Own strategy and execution for all our social media channels, including planning, producing, and posting top-class content.

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 2+ years of planning and developing marketing content including social media campaigns, videos, blog articles and ad creatives
• Demonstrable experience creating high-value viral content or growing a social media / blog account

In this role, you'll be responsible for building new relationships and driving the growth of our business. You are professional and personable, intelligent and analytical. We'll trust you to:

• Source new business opportunities and identify leads for BNEF services, with a focus on ASEAN sell-side
• Manage, renew and up-sell a book of clients
• Collaborate closely with the Bloomberg Terminal representatives in the territory to grow and expand existing relations, as well as prospecting new leads
• Coordinate client events by inviting clients or prospects, and handling logistics
• Support internal and external senior management engagements
• Respond to client requests ensuring quick turnaround
• Initiate sales activities and develop pipelines
• Provide constructive feedback to product and analysis teams regarding client needs
• Manage proposals and contracts
• Develop campaigns and events for market influence

You'll need to have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in the energy or financial services industry
• Minimum 2 years of client facing experience in banking in the ASEAN region
• Experience selling to institutional clients, and c-suite / senior client engagement experience, gained within the past 5 years
• Ability to work effectively in a close-knit and collaborative team
• Appetite to learn
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate initiative and ownership
• Good interpersonal skills to establish rapport and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
• Bachelor’s degree or degree equivalent qualifications
