Responsibilities

• Responsible for equipment benchmarking, technical strategies, and technical roadmaps at Solar Cell manufacturing tools

Requirements

Job Description:
1. Production Operation
• Monitor daily production quantity to ensure output meets the planned targets & target quality
• Re-deployment of production staff in production lines if necessary for better efficiency
• Serves as an escalation point and resolves complex and diverse operational problems

• Ensure compliance to workplace safety standards and policy at all times
2. Assist / Work with Production Planner on:
• Oversee inventory levels of all ingredients and finished products; rebalance inventory regularly

4. Quality Assurance & Control

Operation

• Assign in detail, specific duties to all employees under his/her supervision and instructs them in their work
• Ensure personal cleanliness and proper deportment of all team members
• Work closely with the Executive Chef in determining quality and quantity of food materials used with a view of eliminating wastage
