The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant Director (Policy & Administration) in policy review, digitalisation and strategic planning related to PA registered Trainers/Private Operators, courses, Interest Groups (IGs), and IG leaders. The responsibilities include monitoring the management of Trainers, IGs, case management, and course modules within the onePA system and future IT systems to facilitate effective community outreach. Additionally, the Senior Manager is responsible for maintaining records of quality service cases, overseeing feedback management from internal and external stakeholders, managing audits, and addressing audit observations to enhance the quality of training providers.

Furthermore, the role involves administering the Appointment and Renewal of Talent Advisory Panel members, overseeing the management of PA registered Trainers and Private Operators, identifying their training needs, and coordinating workshops to upgrade their skills and competency.
