• Serve as a revenue recognition and finance subject matter expert and partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal and Sales Operations during the contract negotiation process by analyzing the impact of contract terms, communicating the revenue impact, and offering alternative structures

YOUR IMPACT _________

This position will be managing and developing a team of Beauty Consultants through daily supervision and coaching. Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Consultants

• Communicate effectively corporate strategy & guidelines to the team
• Work closely and effectively with the internal team and operator’s team of sales staff, supervisors and managers
• Keep Beauty Consultants motivated to achieve goals by preparation, participation, practice, praise and passion
• Serve as a role model, coach Beauty Consultants to ensure selling techniques / product knowledge and demonstration adheres to the brand standards as well as effective translation into customer penetration and staff productivity results
• Ensure Beauty Consultants uphold grooming standards of the brand
• Evaluates and monitors performance of Beauty Consultants closely with Airport Manager and Training team to identify areas for development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques which drives performance
• Assist and work with Retail Manager in recruitment of Beauty Consultants, where applicable
• Plan and ensure that new Beauty Consultants are integrated into the brand by providing them with concise brand introduction and understanding of basic product knowledge to enable them to perform their job until formal training is arranged by the Training team

Counter & Product Management

• Guarantee the respect of Dior brand image in all aspects: Visual Merchandising, Beauty
• Ensure overall counter image/aesthetic adhere to brand philosophy/ guidelines and that all counters are updated with stocks and testers
• Supervises daily counter duties such as housekeeping, merchandising, stock management, including supply of testers and counter tools
• Ensure stocks and testers are sufficient on-counter through effective facilitation of stocks transfer from warehouse to store(s) or counter(s); ensure stocks are well allocated to each location and effective stocks replenishment
• Roster all team members in housekeeping duties to maintain hygiene standards and ensure testers and collateral materials are clean, tidy and filled
• Ensures merchandising and display follows brand guidelines (e.g. planogram) and Operator’s requirements
• Provide feedback to ensure visuals at all locations have been updated all at the same time
• Provide feedback to support the development and increase of sales, clearing of slow-moving items and damages
• Work with field team to evaluate effectiveness of counter tools to allow consumers to understand in-store highlights 
• Conduct counter coaching to Beauty Consultants and Promoters where necessary

Promotion Coordination

• Work with field staff to execute promotion setup timely and effectively
• Ensure stocks, testers and GWP are sufficiently allocated to the promotion counter
• Ensure promotion mechanics and incentives are effectively communicated to field staff
• Provide basic product knowledge introduction and counter coaching to promoters
• Provide feedback to Airport Manager or Retail Manager regarding overall promotion sales and customer feedbacks

• Day to day management of investment and accountability program for selected key regional client
• The preparation of buying results for a key client within the region including reviewing data and co-creation of delivery presentations
• Developing strong relationships with buyers in local offices, regional client team and media auditors
• Providing advice and support to local offices on media accountability
• Effectively managing of timelines, analysing feedback and reviewing pricing and delivery against KPIs

Main purpose of the job

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Contract Manufacturing is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. Risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability, is a key part of the role. The ultimate goal of the role is to contribute to operational excellence in Procurement and drive continuous improvement of Procurement capabilities and practices in alignment with Asahi's overall strategy and external benchmarks.

What a Senior Manager, Technical Sales Engineering, Card Present Processing does at Visa:

The role will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise for Visa Acceptance Platform card present solutions to merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology partners. The role requires you to lead the technical pre-sales consultation, implementation, and integration of new or existing clients.

You will be required to work closely with regional & local sales teams, internal operations teams, and product teams to ensure success. The success of this role will be measured on growth of revenue and successfully integrated clients. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in card present solutions implementation with merchants, acquirers, payment service providers or technology providers. The candidate should also possess Solution Consulting, Architecture Design, Project management, Business Process consulting, and presentation/training in complex IT environments. Familiarity with SaaS solutions related to bankcard/acquiring, payment gateway, payment security, and fraud prevention. The right candidate will have a passion for project management excellence, customer advocacy, and will see this role as contributing to the strategic evolution of our business.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversations with Merchants, Acquirers, Payment Service Providers and technology providers, on SaaS /Internet Payment Gateway based card present acquiring operations and processing capabilities.
• Solution Consulting, Project Planning and implementation of complex country based / regional based SaaS POS Acquiring projects
• API integration and testing on POS terminal & Infrastructure connection to a payment gateway. Having completed at least 2-3 projects of POS terminal into a payment gateway Integration
• Provide technical, functional and subject matter expertise to our sales team
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customer audiences
• Be a supporting resource in the preparation and responses for RFPs and RFIs
• Work closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new services
