Purpose:

The Manager / Senior Manager, Tax Advisory works with the tax team to provide tax advisory services to a mixed portfolio of corporate and individual clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Singapore corporate tax issues which include cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment issues, BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two matters, tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, and drafting tax advisory memos to a mix of corporate clients across industries.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. This means being partners’ point of operational contact (escalations, operational friction patterns), managing stakeholders and conducting business review meetings, providing solutions to partners looking to improve the operational state and supporting them through the execution.
