The Southeast Asia Business Exchange initiative was announced by the Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese at the ASEAN Indo-Pacific Forum in Jakarta on 6 September 2023 as part of Australia’s Southeast Asia Economic Strategy to 2040. • Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.

• Achieve sales target and generate sales for the company under Freight Forwarding Division.
• Handle FCL & LCL Sea freight quotations to overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Give timely updates and market trends with all parties involved.
• Assist on providing solutions in all shipment matters.

Requirements:

• Degree and above
• At least 5 years of sales experience in Singapore & Far East market in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Industry.
