Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives
• Oversee the strategising, execution, and refinement of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and create effective ad groups and campaigns
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links
• Comprehend the customer journey and fine-tune digital touchpoints to elevate the overall customer experience
• Enhance website and landing page performance to augment conversion rates and optimise user experience
• Develop, implement, and optimise SEM campaigns across various search engines primarily focused on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making regular data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEM best practices

Hiring Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Possesses a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a Digital Marketing role
• Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns, including Google Ads
• Google Ads certification is a plus
• Facebook Ad certification is a plus
• Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics
