Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

The Role

Reporting to the Global FP&A Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and preparing Group Annual Budget, Monthly Forecast, Quarterly Reporting and Management Review Decks such as key management presentations slides and investor day releases, including relevant commentaries and analyzing critical business trends for presentation at quarterly Audit Committee and Board meetings.

As a key member of the Group FP&A team, you will have the opportunity to support via creating financial models and tools as well as participate in ERP system and dashboard implementations as well as drive process efficiencies such as streamlining and automation of reports as well as other FP&A processes.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate you will possess a degree in accounting or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

- At least 8 years of experience in a group level/corporate FP&A role

- Prior experience handling a global or APAC portfolio and working with stakeholders across various geographies

- Ability to manage large data sets is a must.

- Exposure to SAP and strong excel skills will be essential. Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, etc will be an advantage

- Exposure in long term range planning and financial modelling will be preferred

• Support and assists the Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Programme Executive in executing the rehabilitative services, programmes and activities to clients of Sree Narayana Mission Senior Care Centre
