In your new role you will:

• The owner at Infineon of your applications defining and steering the global application G2M strategy as a central figure between Infineon Product Development and Regional Sales and Marketing teams.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Material Science, Informatics), Marketing or similar areas; MSc or advanced degree preferred
• More than 7 years of experience in semiconductor or home appliance consumer industry with experience in a marketing/business development or application engineering role
• Broad systematic technical understanding to translate customer system requirements into semiconductor product parameters (e.g.:hardware, software, pricing)

As a Category Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing Category Strategy with respective internal partners and stakeholders. You will be conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, plan and execute negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmark and cost management. • Establish, manage and control operational processes across custody and trade settlement for Alta’s businesses in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Managing and driving projects. The Senior Operations Manager will lead and drive cross-functional projects and new initiatives, in addition to recurring business-as-usual (BAU) tasks.
• Lead and own key relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various functions including technology, compliance, etc.
• Oversee daily processing of trades and ensure on-time settlement of all trades (across financial products including Equity, Fixed Income, and others) - this also includes processing of Corporate Action Events and product life cycle.
• Manage post-trade settlement functions such as processing of trade instructions, ensuring instructions are communicated properly, relaying trade status back to clients and troubleshooting of trade queries and issues.
• Undertake process and system enhancements to achieve optimum productivity and process efficiency
• Ensure full compliance to all policies and regulations; manage and ensure effective service delivery to internal and external clients.
• Ensure smooth and efficient settlement and custody processes and documentation, liaising with counterparties and custodians for any trade mismatches, failures/issues to ensure fast and effective resolution.
• Lead and manage a team in a regional capacity, demonstrating strong leadership skills and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects and in the case of program management, ensure the management of multiple related projects directed towards a common objective.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
• Ensures that the project/program delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
• Manages the delivery of the project/program, including rigorous scope control and change management.

• Documentation and management of risks and issues.
• Ensures clear and concise communications to all stakeholders.
• Provides pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost a project or program solution which includes the completion of a proposal. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process.
• Identifies opportunities and influences the sale by conducting a business conversation with the client positioning organization's consulting and technical services offerings.
• Coordinates activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and program management.
• Performs any other related task as required.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

• Advanced demonstrated project/program management experience preferably in a multinational Professional Services environment.
• Advanced client engagement experience.
• Advanced demonstrated understanding of the project/program life cycle.
• Advanced demonstrated competency in project/program change management.
• Advanced proven experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
