Job Description

• Responsible for infrastructure-related and end-user computing activities including evaluation, procurement, implementation, upgrade, maintenance, and support.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Preferably attained CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CCSE, CCSA
• At least 10 years’ experience in managing infrastructure and digital workplace support.
• Proficient in ITIL - Incident and Problem Management, Change and Release management
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing network and security equipment such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection systems, Routers, Switches, Azure Cloud
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing digital workplace technology in end-user computing such as Win11, end-point management, VPN, Printers, Internet filtering, Anti-Virus, mobile devices, RF handheld devices.
