Key Responsibilities:

· Forecast payments from Vendors/Subcontractors for the monthly invoicing to client.

• Minimum 3 yrs of relevant hands-on M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc
• Need to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555 etc
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred
• Familiarity in BIM (Revit / Navisworks) is advantageous
• Having consultancy experience is preferred
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES

• Degree in Accounting and Finance – Taxation Specialisation
• Certifications from SCTP, ATTS, ISCA or other professional bodies in Singapore

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Conversant with local taxation including GST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, Transfer-Pricing
• Hands-on experience in taxation matters

NECESSARY TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Well-versed with GST reporting and submission a must
• Knowledge and experience in GST for Logistics, Warehousing and eCommerce business advantaged

• To oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants and healthcare attendants
• Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Follow up with areas for corrective improvements
• Ensure written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the nursing care delivery. Ensure the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible. Direct and facilitate staff development, skills and competency upgrading through various opportunities.
• Support the Nursing Director in nursing home management and deputizes in her absence

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 years experience in similar position in a nursing home / geriatric ward
• Good public relations and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

You will be part of the project implementation and maintenance support team. Your responsibilities include technical POC, low level design/workshop, project delivery, implementation, troubleshooting, testing, customer walk through, maintenance support and documentation. You are expected to work with our client’s IT department personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time on target, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. o Citrix infrastructure

o VSAN/HCI

REQUIRED SKILL-SET

· System architecture including DR design experience is an advantage

· Strong knowledge in Data Centre operations, including managing Enterprise Data Centre.

· Experience on vSAN and HCI

· Able to work effectively in a team setting

· Decisive with the ability to multi-task

· Relevant technical certifications, such as Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft are preferred

· Overseas travelling may be needed and regional experience with neighbouring countries is a plus.

Job Description

1. To perform kitchen and bar stations in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent recognized qualification in Accounting.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in collection and/or credit within the field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work under pressure with occasional travel required.
• Capability to acquire a working knowledge of the company’s Health, Safety, and Quality Management System.
• CPA certification is advantageous.
