Responsibilities

• Procurement Compliance Analytics: Monitor and analyze procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in procurement-related databases and systems. Perform regular data validation / pre audit review to maintain data quality. Identify areas of non-compliance and work with procurement stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Performance Management: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement operations. Analyze procurement performance data and provide actionable insights to improve procurement processes.
• Spend Analytics: Utilize data analysis tools to analyze and interpret procurement spend data. Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with procurement teams to implement strategies to optimize spend.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement teams, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights. Provide analytical support for various procurement-related projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in procurement analytics. Suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
• Sustainability Initiatives and Reporting: Continue to push out initiatives to uplift user awareness on green procurement practices. Facilitate the preparation of procurement data for sustainability reporting to Management and Temasek. 
• Vendor Risk Assessment: Execute the vendor risk assessment by working with stakeholders to identify and manage key vendor risks
• Any additional projects / tasks assigned

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and reporting framework will be advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement analytics, spend analysis, and performance management

• Must have ten years of experience in hair cutting
• Advice and consult Clients on the In & trendy hair designs
• To perform an advanced haircare, cut & colouring services, including wash & blow-dry hair, hair styling, hair and scalp treatments, etc.
• Upsells clients on products and services
• To assist in maintaining cleanliness of the salon and sanitizes all tools
• Meticulous and Organized. Develops ongoing relationships with clients
• Willing to work under supervised, with any ad-hoc duties assign by shop manager
• Willing to work under fast-paced and passions to serve customers under any conditions
• Assist to train and guide junior / assistant hair stylist
• Customer service oriented and willing to work retail hours
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
