JOB PURPOSE:

Assisting Front Office Manager & Assistant Front Office Manager to supervise, train and inspect the performance of Front Office supervisors & associates. Ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's desirable quality and standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge for the preparation and programs for commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts
• Supervise commercial and contractual risk programs related to the project

• Convey contractual advisory from the commercial perspective to the project through all stages from construction to hand-over of the project
