Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism, integrated marketing agency environment or a relevant industry

• Strong client-centric

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Independent personal motivation and initiative, as well as discipline and good judgment

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Demonstrable organizational skills, with a good eye for detail

• Excellent computer knowledge of PC environments with proficiency in MicrosoftWord,

• PowerPoint, Excel, Writing, and proofing skills are also required

• Ability to work independently, organized, dependable and detail oriented

• Team player with a cooperative spirit Quick learner, efficient and high sense of urgency

Job Description

• Manage company's website, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
• Gather market updates regularly from the various Business/Country/Marketing Heads
• Conduct regular check on all Business Unit/SKUs materials to ensure all corporate identity are strictly adhere to
• Managing Group’s investor relations website and attend to queries from shareholders and the public
• Involve in the drafting of non-financial press releases for SGX announcements
• Work closely with PR agency
• Crisis communication of the Group
• Managing of the corporate email for corporate queries
• Managing Corporate Social Responsibility activities of the Group
• Building and managing relationship with media network such as Straits Times, Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Channel News Asia, Bloomberg, The Edge etc.
• Key contact person for all media/journalist/writers
• One of the key member in the preparation and publication of the Group Annual and Sustainability Reports
• Developing and executing Corporate Social Responsibility program

Requirement

• Degree holder in Marketing/Business/Management
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience
• Good command of language and excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Prior corporate work experience in communication would be an advantage
• Able to work with all levels of management and a team player
• Self-motivated individual with initiative and drive
